When do we collect personal information? In This life collects personal information from its clients at your first consultation and at ongoing consultations. We may also collect personal information about you when you contact us by telephone or email, through surveys, when you visit our website, complete an application form or visit our offices in person.
In This Life may also collect personal information about you via one of our clients. e.g. client referral. However, In This Life will only collect your personal information in this way if it is unreasonable or impracticable to collect this information directly from you or if we are otherwise permitted by law to do so.

In This Life primarily uses personal information for the record keeping of clients we treat and we record the treatment we provide to you and the response of your body to each treatment. This is so we can assess at each treatment, how your body is responding and tailor the treatment specific to you as required. We collect this information by completing a form each session and/by interview questioning in our pre-treatment consultation.
Who do we disclose your information to? In This Life may disclose personal information about its clients to health fund providers for the purpose of providing provider rebates, insurance companies to confirm insurance status or the general public seeking referral. In This Life may also disclose personal information to statutory bodies such as the police for the purpose of conducting ethics or complaints enquiries.

If we refuse your request to access your personal information, we will provide you with reasons for our refusal.

Keeping your personal information secure and up to date In This Life aims to keep your personal information secure and up to date.
