1. Enrolment into our Wellness Travel Agent Training Program is for the purpose of education of Travel Agents in Wellness Travel. 2. By submitting this application you understand this forms as a legal document and payment contract. Payment must be paid as indicated in your accepted course price, unless otherwise approved. 3, Payments are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that this course is suitable for your personal circumstances prior to enrolment. Refunds are not provided for course withdrawal or course incompletion and any outstanding funds must be paid in full regardless of course completion. 4. Should In This Life Wellness Travel need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum numbers are not achieved the course may be cancelled - alternate dates or a full refund will be offered. 5. This Training Program is copy-write and the property of In This Life Wellness Travel and can not be used to develop further training programs or material. The information included in this course is for participants only. The materials provided is not to be distributed to others. This includes a sharing our training manual and or log in details. 6. In This Life Wellness Travel's search & booking site is used throughout this training program as a training tool only. Due to covid many properties are still closed and are making updates. Successful participants will be offered ongoing access after the course. 7. Mandatory minimum requirements must be met to achieve of competency of learning and to be issued certificate of achievement. 8. In This Life Wellness Travel reserves the right to cancel any participants effective immediately if required and remove access to our search & booking site. 9. In This Life Wellness Travel does not currently operate as a wholesaler. The Wellness Travel Agent Training Program does not entitle you to a wholesale agreement with In This Life Wellness Travel. In This Life Wellness Travel’s search and booking site is utilised in training for training purposes. Agents who are successful in this program will be offered the opportunity to partner as recommended Wellness Travel Specialist of In This Life Wellness Travel. In This Life Wellness Travel acts as a distribution avenue for the Properties (Hotels, Resorts, Retreats Spas). In This Life Wellness Travel provides a wellness inventory from which you may choose your preferred Property. In This Life Wellness Travel is not responsibility for reservations or the provision of the wellness experiences. Reservation are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the Property. Liability waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of the hotel supplier or other third party providers (over whom we have no direct control). Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the reservation fee paid to us. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Governing Law: If any dispute arises in relation to the training service delivered or any other aspect of the agreement between you and us, the laws of South Australia, will apply.
