WELLNESS IMMERSION: A true & authentic Wellness Hotel, Resort, Retreat or Spa, where the Property's primary focus is Wellness. Therapist & practitioners at these properties are experienced and qualified with exceptional knowledge in their field of expertise. These types of properties enable guests to completely immerse in Holistic Treatments and Wellness Activities. Many Wellness properties in this category will offer wellness programmes or private consultations to personalise the guests Wellness experience. They will also usually offer healthy meals throughout the stay, sourced from quality ingredients and some with their own organic garden on-site.

LUXURY WELLNESS: A Wellness Hotel, Resort or Spa with a high focus on Wellness in an upmarket & luxurious settings. These properties offer Wellness treatments and activities with exceptional service and high-quality food. Wellness Programmes are also usually extremely high end with extremely well qualified therapists & practitioners.

A TOUCH OF WELLNESS: A Resort, Hotel or Spa that is not 100% focused on Wellness but that features and advanced dedicated Wellness area or offers well developed Wellness programmes. This category is a great way for travellers/gusts to include some wellness practices into your stay without making the entire holiday about Wellness. A wonderful opportunity for those travelling with others who are less Wellness orientated, to introduce and sample some Wellness experiences.

THERMAL MINERAL SPINGS: A Wellness Resort or Hotel that features natural Thermal Mineral waters onsite. This category includes Thermal Springs or Baths such as Turkish or Roman. Soaking in thermal mineral waters is one of the most enjoyable ways to initiate deep healing. The heat and subsequent sweating have a detoxifying cleansing effect on our skin and entire body-mind system, relieving pain and encouraging healing.

ECO & SUSTAINABLE: A Wellness Retreat, Resort or Hotel that is either Eco certified, Eco oriented and or practices sustainable activities. This ranges from the way in which the property is constructed, energy efficiencies, their waste management practices, and some offer organic farming. Many properties of this nature participate in activities, which give back and support to local communities. Your property does not need to be officially Eco certified to theelegible for this category. You simply need to be able to provide details of your activities & practices.

This is available to a worldwide audience with global accessibility. b) Plus B2B Travel Agents - Your property will also be available to be searched & booked by our network of In This Life Wellness Travel Specialists™. Our specially trained and certified Travel Agents. $199.00 AUD ($100 AUD Discount for first year subscription). For applications received, approved and paid in full by 31st March 2022.

B2B ONLY – In This Life Wellness Travel Specialist™ Agents Only). Your property will be available to be searched & booked by our network of In This Life Wellness Travel Specialists™. Our specially trained and certified Travel Agents. Your property will only appear when industry partners are logged into our search & booking system. Your property will not appear to the general public (potential travellers/guests B2C). This is a free listing. For renewals received by 31 March 2022.

Partnership Terms *

1. Property Listing/Advertising * In This Life Wellness Travel provides the opportunity to include information regarding your Property’s Wellness Features, Treatments, Activities & Programmes. It is the Property’s responsibility to provide accurate and updated information regarding these facilities. In This Life Wellness Travel is not liable for the information published nor liable for any misleading or inaccurate information that is shown on your property listing. It is your responsibility to keep your property listing up to date and 100% accurate at all times. You will be provided with an industry log in to our property management system which will allow you to make changes to your property listing at any time. 2. Images & Video Content * The Property guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that they provide to In This Life Wellness Travel for inclusion in the web site are either owned by The Property, or that they have permission/rights to use them. Copies of all design documents can be provided on request. By providing these images you authorise In This Life Wellness Travel to utilise these images in marketing or promotional material. 3. Pricing & Payment Terms * All pricing displayed on your property listing must be Gross (Published Pricing / TTV). Your payment terms are stipulated by your property. Please ensure that you complete the “Payment Terms” area correctly on your property listing. This includes deposit and full payment requirements as well as cancellation or alteration terms & conditions. 4. Reservations * Reservations can be made through In This Life Wellness Travel's search & booking site by a) Direct Travellers/Gusts, or b) by Travel Agents on behalf of the Guest. An email is generated to your reservations department to attend to the booking or enquiry. You respond and communicate directly to the Guest or the Travel Agent. A response must be made within 24 hours with cc to suppoprt@inthislifewellensstravel.com. 5. Payments * Your property will collect the payment directly from the Guest or the Travel Agent. Payment can be collected in full or with a deposit as per your terms. Payments from Travel Agents can be charged as nett or gross with 10% commission for Travel Agents. 6. Commission * 15% commission or Gross / TTV booking amount. Breakdown: a) Direct Traveller Booking: 15% to In This Life Wellness Travel within 30 days after guest checkout. b) Travel Agent Booking: 10% commission to the Agent either in the form of: a) Net price ( -10%) or b) Gross with commission of 10% paid in arrears direct to the agent, + Plus 5% commission due to In This Life Wellness Travel within 30 days after guest checkout. 7. Bookings Conditions * In This Life Wellness Travel provides Wellness Property Listings from which a Traveller / Guest may make a reservation at your Property. In This Life Wellness Travel has no responsibility for the bookings or the provision of the reservation contract. All bookings are made directly through the Property or Hotel Suppliers and are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the Property or Hotel Supplier/Channel Manager. Please ensure payment terms are clearly stated in the corresponding section on your property listing. In This Life Wellness Travel is not liable for any changes or cancellations by In This Life Wellness Travel’s clients / travellers / guests. 8. Repeat Clients* In This Life Wellness Travel wants to encourage repeat clients to your property, however this should be in collaboration and supportive of our partnership. Any promotion(s) offered directly to past clients of In This Life Wellness Travel either during their stay or via ongoing marketing should also be made in collaboration with In This Life Wellness Travel by either: a) Directing them to rebook via your property listing page with the promotion available to book on your property listing page (or) b) Specifying In This Life Wellness Travel as the agent, with a 5% commission payment for direct rebooking offers (or) c) Privately agreed repeat client promotion terms with In This Life Wellness Travel. Should our partnership be found, not to be supportive, In This Life Wellness Travel reserves the right to terminate your partnership agreement. 9. Partnership Term* Ongoing unless cancelled by either party. Your partnership agreement will automatically renew every 12 months unless otherwise requested. Cancellation can be made with 30 days notice prior to renewal or with 30 days notice throughout the year. Outstanding bookings must be honoured along with outstanding commissions. 10. Subscription Payments* An invoice will be generated for your subscription. Payments can be made via direct deposit, PayPal, or online payment. Your subscription payment must be paid in full before your property listing is made live. No refund is provided for any payments made for annual subscriptions. Subscriptions are renewed every 12 months unless otherwise requested 30 days prior to renewal. Prices subject to change until paid in full.
